Terms and Conditions
Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. In case the listed hotels are unavailable, alternate accommodation of a similar category and standard will be arranged. No refund will be provided for any unused hotel nights or services.
In the event of medical conditions, all bookings are subject to the respective hotel policies. Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings will apply. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
The package cost does not include personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini-bar usage, tips, porterage, camera fees, etc.
The company reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, festivals, weather conditions, traffic issues, overbooking, flight cancellations or rescheduling, or restrictions at tourist attractions. While every effort will be made to provide suitable alternatives, no compensation will be offered for such changes.
Any additional expenses arising from changes in travel plans, flight cancellations, fare increases, or alternative travel arrangements will be borne by the traveler. Expenses related to health issues or medical emergencies during the trip must also be borne by the traveler.
The token amount paid towards booking is strictly non-refundable. Before booking, travelers should verify their itinerary and travel details carefully. At airports, passengers may be required to collect and re-check baggage during connecting flights.
For travel in hilly regions, additional charges may apply for air-conditioning usage where applicable. Any disputes arising from the booking shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kullu/Manali.
The company reserves the right to issue a full refund instead of providing services if the services cannot be fulfilled due to technical or operational reasons.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellation 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellation 7 to 14 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellation within 7 days of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged (No Refund).

- During peak seasons (long weekends, festivals, summer vacations, etc.), many hotels enforce 100% cancellation charges.
